Javier Vazquez-Armendariz is a Mechatronics Engineer with a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems. Currently, he is a PhD student in Engineering Sciences at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Mexico, collaborator at the Center for Additive and Digital Manufacturing (MADiT, Mexico), and member of the Research Group in Advanced Manufacturing leaded by Ciro Rodriguez, PhD. As part of his doctoral stay at the Osteoengineering Lab, he is working on the design and construction of a melt-electrowriting device for the manufacture of vascular and planar scaffolds.
