Christopher Marshall grauated in Spring 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Material Science & Engineering and a minor in Biomedical Engineering from the Ohio State University. He is from Vandalia, Ohio, sixty miles west of Columbus. He plans to continue his education into graduate school, where he will pursue a masters in Material Science. He worked with Dr. Jason Walker on designing and characterizing the scaffolds, which are 3D-printed structures that could degrade in the body and provide surface area for stem cell attachment, proliferation and differentiation.
