Raquel Tejeda-Alejandre is a Mechatronic Engineer and she received her Ph.D. in Manufacturing Systems from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico, after doing a research stay in Osteo Engineering Lab at OSU in 2018. Her Ph.D. project was focused on the construction and characterization of bifurcated structures for use on vascular grafts and pancreatic stents, combining the use of electrospinning and additive manufacturing techniques. She is a postdoc from Tecnológico de Monterrey working with Dr. Ciro Rodriguez’ research group in Advanced Manufacturing running projects in Osteoengineering Lab about mechanical characterization of photocurable materials among others.
